From the M5

• Exit at Junction 27 towards Barnstaple (A361)
• On approaching Barnstaple at Portmore Roundabout take the A39 (Atlantic Highway) towards Bideford, avoiding Barnstaple town centre.
• At Roundswell Roundabout take the first exit left towards Torrington (B3232)
• Proceed through Newton Tracey to Alverdiscott.
• Turn right immediately on entering Alverdiscott (signposted Stoney Cross ..chapel on the junction)
• Proceed through Stoney Cross to the next  staggered crossroads ‘Webbery Cross’   DO NOT ENTER 'Webbery' (large stone gateposts)
• Turn right towards Horwood. After approx. 0.7 miles you will come to the entrance to Bulworthy Forest Lodges on the right hand side. Follow the lane up past three lakes until you reach the main lake where you will find a sign indicating lodge locations.
• Please take care driving around the site and ,under no circumstance drive on non -tarmacked lanes! 

From the West

• From the A30 near Okehampton take the road to Hatherleigh and Torrington.
• In Torrington turn right at the mini roundabout and then take the first exit at the next roundabout towards Barnstaple.
• Continue as far as Alverdiscott and then take the left  turning as you are leaving the village next to the chapel (sign posted Stony Cross).
• Proceed through Stoney Cross to the next  staggered crossroads ‘Webbery Cross’
• Turn right towards Horwood. After approx. 0.7 miles you will come to the entrance to Bulworthy Forest Lodges on the right hand side. Follow the lane up past three lakes until you reach the main lake where you will find a sign indicating lodge locations.

From Bideford 

•  Leave Bideford , drive over the old bridge, left at the mini roundabout and after approx. ½ mile turn right into Manteo Way . Drive to the roundabout at the top, turn left.
• Continue for approx. 3 miles until you come to a staggered crossroads ( adjacent to a large walled garden) Turn left towards Horwood. After approx. 0.7 miles you will come to the entrance to Bulworthy Forest Lodges on the right hand side. Follow the lane up past three lakes until you reach the main lake where you will find a sign indicating lodge locations.
